  Purchased a Groupon, and the only way you can make an appointment is online. Of course the first available wasn't for weeks, but since it was half price I was willing to wait. However the online appointment system requires a cc to schedule. Since I had already paid, I called and left a vm requesting a call back on how to proceed. No call back. 3 days later same thing. Terrible customer service. Clearly oversold and can't deliver on the product. Now dealing with groupon's incompetence to get a refund. Beware! Don't risk the same issue.
