  I have been working out at RF for over three years and they make it easy to stay with the program. Although extremely challenging, the workouts continue to change and evolve and thus alleviate any boredom or becoming stale. Additionally the gym atmosphere is very encouraging and a great way to start the day. I referred several people to RF and they are all still members. Great move adding Dr. Greg!!! He has been very helpful with stretching, working through soreness and dealing with some of the physical issues of aging. Best part of my day.
