  First time appointment was easy. Clean facilities. I was only there for an ear wash. I was seen by a nurse not a doctor. I called Friday morning to know if my insurance would cover testing. They said they would call back- never did. I called again Saturday and they said they had the "note" on my request but would call me back on Monday to let me know. I called again on Monday and it seems you have to keep calling to remind them, I was on hold for a long time. They were probably just calling my insurance to find out. If you're patient and remember to keep calling them to remind them it's an acceptable doctors office.
