  Came in for a beard trim/line up at
  12:45 appointment (arrived 10 min early). Had to wait until 1:35 to get my beard trim. Once I left the place, I noticed I had some scratches on my face from when they were lining up my beard. Beard trim is good but the scratches on my face and time I had to wait with an appointment, not worth. No point in having an appointment if it’s treated as a walk in.
