  Would give no Stars if I could...... I've never even written a review on anything definitely had to send a review in on this place. Read the reviews and thought I would give them a try anyways because everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you can't please everyone right? and they were closer to the location I was in so why not, and yes the reviews were correct and a little worse then I expected. I called in to get pricing on Medium box braids med back was given a quote of $150 with hair when I asked how much with out hair was of course told a lower price of $120, but wanted me to come in and show them how long even though I told the lady on the phone mid back..... They even want you to call in 1 hour before you come in so I do as I am instructed. I walked in and was asked if I wanted 220, 250 or 275 so I'm guessing that's some new term on the length of the hair because I had never been asked that question before when getting my hair braided, so I ask the lady what she was talking about and she say's I'm talking about the length of where you want your braids. Even though I called in 1 hr. before I waited about 30 minutes while the 3 ladies that worked there worked on 1 ladies hair. So they start on my hair. I have 3 ladies that worked on my hair so I have 3 different sizes squares some braids are very tight and some very loose, some of the braids had to get extended because they were to short and you can see where they added more hair to make them longer, some pieces of my hair are not even braided, one side of my head has lots of braids, while the other side has these thick ass braids because the squares are so big. Halfway done braiding my hair they want me to pay and then tell me that it cost $220 I tell the lady wait that's not what the woman on the phone says she gave me a quote of $120. I'm assuming the lady that is asking for payment owns the shop, she says no we told you $150 and Up explained to her again what the lady on the phone tells me and she says no maybe you miss understood what she was saying, and then says to me that is why I was asking you if you wanted 220, 250 or 275 when I let her know that she should let her clients know that those numbers are the prices not the length she looked at me like I was crazy. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION TO GET MY HAIR DONE. DEFINITELY WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO GET THEIR HAIR BRAIDED THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.........
